The dual credit program allows students to earn college credit while still in high school. We offer a series of dual credit courses for Indiana Digital students. Courses are offered through Indiana University with expenses paid by INDLS. When possible, these courses are taught in-house by a teacher with dual credit certification.
Certification may be obtained by any staff member who holds a master’s degree that pertains to an accepted dual credit course. Staff without a master’s degree may qualify to take classes through IU for free. Teachers are able to offer dual credit to students while also attending the necessary courses from Indiana University. In either situation, dual credit training must be received before the teacher can begin holding classes for students.
